To order a custom piece, simply visit our "Custom Design "
page, fill out the request form with your details and we'll get back to
you with a design proposal and quote. Once you approve and
payment is received, we’ll begin crafting your unique item.
Custom orders typically take 7-10 business days to
complete, depending on the complexity of the design and current
workload. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and notify
you as soon as your item is ready to ship.
Due to the unique nature of our custom items, we do not
offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Please refer to our
Return Policy page for more details.
Each custom piece is handcrafted with meticulous attention
to detail. We use sustainable materials and perform quality checks to
ensure you receive a beautifully made garment piece.

there may be some variations.
